Full dentures
A full denture replaces all teeth in one jaw. Its fit, bite and appearance are tailored to your situation.
Partial dentures
A partial denture replaces some of your teeth. A plate denture has an acrylic base; a frame denture also includes a metal framework.
Finding the right fit
Examination and impressions are followed by a bite record and a trial fitting. You discuss the fit and appearance before the denture is finished.
Getting used to your denture
Eating and speaking can take time to adjust to. Clean your denture daily as instructed and keep your mouth clean. Have pressure spots or a loose fit checked.
